Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize processing area and equipment per USDA guidelines during evening shift.
• Disassemble, handle, and reassemble equipment to maintain food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals, times, temperatures and flows meet safety standards.
