Responsibilities

• Correctly clean and sanitize production machinery to minimize cross-contamination.
• Follow color-coded equipment and zones as part of sanitation protocol.
• Complete the Master Sanitation schedule daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
• Fill out sanitation logs and test strips accurately and on time.
• Support coverage during employee absences and adhere to GMP, HACCP SOPs.
