Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Strong manual dexterity for repetitive motions.
• Able to adapt to rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products, discard or fix as needed, and record waste amounts.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient problems, and equipment breakdowns.
• Operate in compliance with USDA, OSHA, GMPs, safety policies and procedures.
