Job summary

Winland Foods in Buckner, KY is seeking an Advanced Processing Team Member for 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) to support safe, efficient production.

You’ll weigh ingredients, operate processing equipment, perform changeovers, and use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weever to keep lines moving while upholding SQF and GMP standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not held.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and stage ingredients according to batch sheets and production formulas.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain a variety of processing machinery and equipment.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weever to keep processing flowing.
• Lead centerlining and monitor line performance to spot issues early.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and sanitation policies.
