Job summary

Masterson Staffing is hiring for a night-shift position on the production line in a food manufacturing environment. The role focuses on operating and monitoring line equipment to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency, while adhering to SOPs, GMPs, and SQF standards.

Benefits include Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance, and 401K. Hours are 9:45pm–6:15am, Monday through Friday, with drug screen and interviews required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment in assigned work area (filling, packaging, processing, etc.) to meet shift production goals.
• Ensure product quality and package integrity; support quality assurance by performing checks and following SOPs / GMPs / SQF standards.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation each shift, including equipment checks, production logs, changeover records, and operational metrics (e.g. yield, downtime).
• Perform sanitation tasks of workstation and equipment according to established cleaning schedules or changeovers.
• Identify, report, and/or assist in correcting equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or process deviations.
• Rotate through tasks or cross-train to support different segments of the production line as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, following all safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) rules.
