Job summary

Moore is seeking a Folding Operator to operate and adjust equipment in the Folding Department. The role covers night shifts (5:45 pm–5:45 am) on a 3/4 schedule with every other Saturday, handling Top Loader, Bowie, Folders, and Cutter as needed.

You will set up precision folding jobs, follow job-board instructions, and ensure correct matching, folds, and counts while complying with safety procedures and maintaining accurate timesheets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and adjustments to ensure quality production.

Responsibilities

• Set up precision folding jobs on various folding equipment.
• Follow job board instructions and ensure correct job boards are used.
• Perform precision folds, cuts, or collates as per instructions.
• Maintain match integrity on match jobs and correct folding order.
• Adhere to all SWP Safety Procedures and complete daily timesheet accurately.
• Perform other duties as required.
