Innomark Communications, LLC in Richmond, Indiana is seeking a Folder Gluer Operator for the 3rd shift (10:30pm–6:30am) to join our team. You will handle gluer setup, follow job jackets, inspect output, and support maintenance and packing tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the folder gluer and manage job jacket setup and changeovers.
• Inspect output for quality and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and keep area clean and safe.

Essential Functions:

• Have job jacket, changeover components, and product at gluer
• Read all instructions applying to gluer on the job jacket prior to running job.
• Understands and carry out the material stripping process when required.
• Understands both the input and output of the gluer operation.
• Assists in the performance of preventative maintenance on the gluer when requested.
• Assists in clean up and in keeping the immediate work area around the gluer neat and orderly.
• Responsible for reviewing product to quality standards and job jacket requirements
• Notify Gluer Operator and/or Quality when quality standards are not met
• Responsible for the correct packing and labeling of in-process and finished product
• Ensures all quality checks are completed in a timely manner
• Saves retains for Quality as per instructions from job ticket
• Ensures all safety rules and regulations are followed
• Ensure work is being done properly or asks questions if unsure
• Assists in fulfillment and assembly when requested
• Performs other tasks as may be required or requested
• Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, case making, labeling operations and sorting
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
• Perform related duties as required by supervision
