Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH company, seeks an Operator to run a fly ash loading facility, overseeing loading, billing and testing. The role emphasizes safety, accurate documentation and reliable operations to ensure customers receive high-quality fly ash products.

You will monitor silos, coordinate with the host facility, perform tests, operate truck scales, and manage paperwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least one year in a related field, a valid driver's license,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus relevant training or certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short notes, and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Basic math skills including rate, ratio, and percent calculations.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with host facility.
• Monitor fly ash levels in silos and place orders as needed.
• Perform tests on fly ash and send samples to customers.
• Operate truck scales and create tickets and billing information.
• Operate loading equipment for trucks and/or rail cars; forklift may be required.
• Maintain and clean all equipment and facilities; call for maintenance as needed.
• Responsible for plant safety.
• Complete paperwork and reports as required by central office.
• Maintain regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
