Job summary

URBN is seeking a Flow Coordinator in Levittown, PA, working Sunday, Friday, and Saturday from 5 PM to 5:30 AM to oversee replenishment fulfillment in the distribution center.

The role acts as a liaison across departments to proactively identify and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. You will monitor SLA performance and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Understanding of Outlook Email system.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 21-Day Planner.
• Accurately monitor and report at the start of shift, bi-hourly, and end of shift and complete it on time.
• Daily set shift goals and labor plans to keep all channels within SLA.
• Start each shift with a clear plan, including identifying top priorities and known obstacles.
• Complete all SLA-related reporting.
• Monitor and report IB freight performance against plan/schedule.
• Automate and maintain workflow in all areas.
• Identify and report aged products at all touchpoints.
• Update weekly labor planning.
• Provide accurate end-of-day reporting numbers.
• Interact with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting operations.
• Ensure that all employees are trained in matters of safety, and operation standards, and have the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies to perform job functions.
• Inspect the quality of work and accuracy.
• Address employee needs and communicate any issues to the Flow Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
