Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, located at Culpeper Medical Center in Culpeper, VA, seeks a Floor Technician for full-time night shift (11:00 pm–7:30 am) with weekends/holidays rotating. Previous floor care experience is preferred, and the role requires operating floor care equipment and performing floor restoration tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operates industrial floor care equipment.
• Uses automated equipment for large floor areas.
