Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring for a Floor Technician at Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center, Clemmons, NC. The role covers 2nd shift hours (4:00 pm–12:00 am) with rotating weekends and holidays. Prior floor care experience is preferred; experience with stripping and waxing is a plus.

Fixed pay rate is $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include hard-floor maintenance, operation of industrial floor care equipment, and carpet/upholstery care.

Qualifications

• Prior floor technician experience is preferred.
• Experience with floor stripping and waxing is a plus.
• Must follow safety procedures and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance and restoration, including stripping and refinishing and burnishing.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment and use automated tools for large areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing and extraction.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the manager.
