Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Floor Technician for the 3rd shift to perform a range of floor care duties across facilities. You will operate commercial floor machines, mop and buff floors, and spot-clean or shampoo carpets as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience as a floor care technician.
• Ability to take direction and work cooperatively in a team.
• Proficiency with cleaning tools and floor machines.
• Knowledge of floor care processes (stripping, refinishing, extraction).

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop floors and surfaces.
• Operate floor machines including buffers, scrubbers and extractors.
• Spot clean carpet and shampoo as directed.
• Report defects to supervisors and follow procedures.
• Perform stripping and refinishing of VCT; maintain cleanliness of areas.
