Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Floor Technician for the 3rd shift to perform a range of floor care duties across facilities. You will operate commercial floor machines, mop and buff floors, and spot-clean or shampoo carpets as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience as a floor care technician.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop floors and surfaces.
• Operate floor machines including buffers, scrubbers and extractors.
• Spot clean carpet and shampoo as directed.
• Report defects to supervisors and follow procedures.
• Perform stripping and refinishing of VCT; maintain cleanliness of areas.

Job TitleFloor Technician-3rd ShiftJob Description SummaryThe Floor Tech will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and perform a variety of floor care duties for C&W Services.
