Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in East Grand Forks, ND. You will operate floor care equipment, cleanse and maintain floors and carpets, and help keep a major retail facility clean and safe. Training is provided if you have no prior floor care experience.

This is a full-time, overnight position with a consistent 7-day schedule. Pay is $16.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull floor care equipment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous floor care, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards; inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently.
