Qualifications

• 2+ years of custodial operations experience.
• 1+ year of floor care experience preferred.
• Experience operating carpet extractors, floor buffers, burnishers and related equipment.
• Ability to supervise teams and oversee contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains carpet cleaning and floor maintenance schedules across facilities.
• Operates equipment to clean carpets and perform floor care as directed.
• Leads assigned team for carpet cleaning and oversees contracted vendors when needed.
• Oversees custodial projects and participates in maintenance work across county buildings.
• Trains new custodians on equipment use and safety procedures.
