Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and related experience required.
• Pass a criminal history screening and have a valid driver's license.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and schedules; supervise custodial staff in absence of supervisor.
• Perform floor stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning.
• Maintain inventory and notify when reorders are needed.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and surfaces; follow safety procedures.
