University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Floor Care Specialist to perform restorative floor maintenance across campus buildings, including carpet, tile and NORA flooring, using specialized equipment and safe procedures.

This full-time role follows a four 10-hour day schedule (Mon–Thu 3:30 pm–2:00 am) with a 7.5% shift differential. Eligible for the Facilities Management Employee Referral Program. Must be a Colorado resident with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend lab safety signs, symbols and postings.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• 6 months experience with restorative floor work duties.

Responsabilités

• Restorative floor care and maintenance across carpet, tile, and NORA flooring using specialized equipment.
• Strip and re-wax tile flooring; maintain inspection records and operate university vehicles.
• Respond to safety hazards, report incidents, and participate in safety trainings.
• Perform emergency cleaning, water extraction, and assist in moving heavy furniture as needed.
• Report equipment repairs and keep custodial workstations stocked and safe.
