Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Nightshift Machine Operator to run production equipment, read schedules and operate a forklift as needed.

Join a fast-paced plant environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork, with opportunities to cross-train and advance within a leading North American cabinet manufacturer. You will contribute to TPM programs, uphold 6S practices, and perform quality checks to ensure product conformance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations.
• Experience with handheld tools such as pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
• Must be 18+ years old, have reliable transportation, and be able to work overtime as needed.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or a production-oriented environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and read production schedules.
• Utilize a forklift and hand tools to support loads and assembly.
• Maintain quality and safety by following TPM and 6S practices.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets in a fast-paced setting.
