Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe patient care delivery for diverse patient populations under the Nurse Director/Manager.
• Assess patient/family needs, develop and revise the plan of care to meet clinical goals.
• Evaluate care delivery and delegate tasks to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
