Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts. The Float RN supports multiple units, rotating within a cluster and covering vacancies as needed, while reporting to Nursing Management.

The role requires a California RN license and 2+ years ICU/ED experience, with BLS, ACLS (ICU/PCU), PALS (ICU‑ED‑PACU), NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days, and telemetry testing as part of the pre‑employment process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ ICU or ED experience.
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program.
• Current California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS required for ICU/PCU; PALS required for ICU‑ED‑PACU cluster.
• MIAB within 6 months for ICU‑ED cluster.
• Telemetry rhythm test pass required.
• Pre-employment assessments may be required.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies.
• Lead and support healthcare team; demonstrate Service Excellence.
• Float across units as needed; rotate within cluster.
• Supervise and delegate to licensed/unlicensed staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.
