MultiCare Health System is seeking a Float Pool Staff RN to join our hospital-based team, supporting multiple acute care departments. This role offers a 0.9 FTE, night shift, with 12-hour rotations and rotating weekends, in Spokane Valley, WA.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and the health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care for diverse patient backgrounds.
