Job summary

MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA is seeking a float pool Staff RN for night shifts in a part-time role (0.6 FTE). You will provide care across acute care departments, utilizing your ICU/PCU experience and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing.
• Must have ICU/PCU/Step-Down experience and be able to float within the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
