Qualifications

• Experience running flexographic printing presses preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand instructions well.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Color vision test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work responsibly in a safe manner, following all procedures.
• Follow guidelines and adhere to company policies.
• Sustain productivity and quality standards.
• Handle products per customer specs and production standards.
• Set and change print cylinders, sleeves, Anilox, and chambers.
• Identify color variations and adjust printing accordingly.
• Record production pounds, downtime, scrap, and related data.
• Maintain a clean workstation per baking/QA requirements.
• Learn plate mounting and adjustments for print accuracy.
