Job summary

Anagram International in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a hands-on Night Shift Print Supervisor to lead a flexographic printing crew on a world-class wide-web press, 2-3-2 12-hour night shift (6:00pm - 6:00am). You’ll manage safety, quality, and production targets while coordinating the night shift.

We’re building a strong team around you with hands-on leadership and deep flexo knowledge to keep our foil balloons moving worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of flexo printing and/or extrusion experience (wide-web or continuous-feed).
• 2+ years of supervising a production team.
• Solid knowledge of films, resins, polymers, and extrusion coating.
• Working knowledge of safety, first aid, hazardous waste, and emergency procedures.
• A data-driven, problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills.
• Bonus: thermal die cutting, flexible packaging web handling, heat transfer dies, or training experience.

Anagram makes the foil balloons that show up at celebrations around the world, and our night shift keeps that going. We're looking for a hands-on Print Supervisor who knows flexo inside and out and wants to build a strong team around them.
