Job summary

Printpack Inc in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a qualified Press Operator for their Converting plant. The Press Operator will ensure safe and efficient operation of printing equipment while adhering to quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in printing, is detail-oriented, and works well both independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production quality alongside a rotating night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment assessment.
• Drug screening required.
• Background check required.
• Must successfully complete a color blind test.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate printing equipment.
• Perform complete job setup including print cylinders and ink.
• Execute troubleshooting of equipment issues.
• Perform quality control checks.
• Support training and mentoring initiatives.
