Job summary

PepsiCo in Forks Township, PA is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to keep delivery vehicles safe and on the road. You’ll diagnose mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and work alongside experienced mechanics on complex repairs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Weekend/holidays/off-shift work may be required.
• Valid D10K Certification.
• CDL required to return vehicles to traffic center.
• Driver's license not suspended/revoked for moving violations in past 3 years.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds with/without accommodation.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
• Able to work in tight spaces during long shifts on/under trucks (8–12 hrs).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles; diagnose mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Work with experienced mechanics on complex repairs and troubleshooting.
• Return vehicles to traffic center as needed (CDL required).
• Manage parts inventory and accurately charge parts and labor to work orders.
• Build relationships with vendors for estimates on parts or outside labor.
