Job summary

Goodyear Fleet Service Centers in Atlanta, GA are hiring a hands-on Service Manager to lead a team, deliver outstanding service from start to finish, and support safety. This full‑time role offers two shift options: a 4‑day week 9 PM–7 AM or a 5‑day week 9 PM–6 AM, with starting pay between $21.00 and $28.00 per hour.

You will oversee the center by scheduling staff, coordinating service appointments, organizing workflow, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Fleet Service Center operations, scheduling staff and service appointments to ensure timely, quality work.
• Lead technicians through line services, diagnostics, tire installation, and preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Document all work performed and ensure proper billing and customer communication; promote teamwork and adherence to company policy.
