The City of Saint Paul’s Fleet Services Division seeks a skilled Mechanic Welder to perform welding and mechanical work across a diverse fleet, from small equipment to heavy duty vehicles. You will diagnose, repair, and fabricate components to keep trucks, loaders, and backhoes operating safely.

• Maintain and repair a diverse fleet, including small equipment, light duty vehicles, dump trucks, tractor trailers, front-end loaders and backhoes, performing welding and fabrication as needed.
• Diagnose issues, replace faulty parts, and ensure safe, reliable operation of vehicles and equipment.
