The Boring Company in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Trucking Fleet Supervisor for night shift. In this in-office role you will lead a team of truck drivers, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance including CDL requirements.

You will manage fleet registration, onboarding of new equipment, preventive maintenance with mechanics, and inventory to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of fleet/driver management and strong organization and

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with internal fleet/driver management.
• Current CDL is required.
• Strong organizational and task-switching skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize changing priorities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of truck drivers and assign tasks to ensure on-time transportation.
• Oversee shift troubleshooting and management with minimal supervision.
• Hire, onboard and train drivers, ensuring CDL compliance.
• Maintain fleet registration and regulatory records.
• Oversee onboarding of new equipment and integration into the fleet.
• Define a preventive maintenance program with mechanics and ensure 100% PM completion.
