Job summary

Greene, Tweed seeks a Synthetic Finishing Associate in Kulpsville, PA. You will set up and finish parts on large equipment, operate laser cutting and inscription machines, and perform final inspections while maintaining quality and safety standards.

This role is in the Synthetics department on 3rd shift (10:30 pm–6:45 am). A High School Diploma or equivalent, and ability to read prints and follow work instructions are required; SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret prints.
• Ability to read, understand and follow the work instructions in all operations.
• Maintain annual QC certification.
• Demonstrated ability to independently read and interpret production drawings, work instructions, and company documents.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations as well as any safety policies and protocols.
• Set up and trim, finish parts on appropriate equipment.
• Set up and operate large laser cutting machines and automated inscription machine.
• Load and unload ovens.
• Final inspection of parts using various measuring devices.
• Follow all SPC procedures.
• Rework parts as necessary.
• In process, trim and inspect all parts as required (line pull).
• Record daily activities including clock offs and special projects.
• Record all information on GT data collection system as required.
• Must be able to electronically perform SAP transactions such as labor and material usage in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform miscellaneous duties in the area as assigned.
