Job summary

Greene, Tweed in Kulpsville, PA is seeking a White Chemraz Finisher for 3rd shift (10:45 pm–7:00 am). You will set up and finish trim parts, operate large laser cutting and inscription equipment, and perform final inspections with gauges and micromETERS.

You will follow SPC procedures, record daily activities and clock-offs, and ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety policies. A High School Diploma/GED and the ability to read production drawings are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and interpret production prints/drawings
• Maintain annual QC certification and follow work instructions

Responsibilities

• Comply with federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Set up and finish trim parts on appropriate equipment.
• Set up and operate large laser cutting machines and automated inscription machine.
• Load and unload ovens.
• Final inspection of parts using gauges, micrometers and non-contact measurement tools.
• Follow all SPC procedures; rework parts as necessary.
• Record daily activities including clock offs and special projects.
• Record information on GT data collection system as required.
• Transport and move work in process as needed within departments.
• Pull flash, cut vents and count parts.
