Job summary

You will read routers and drawings to understand finishing requirements, work under supervision, maintain tools, and help keep a safe, clean work environment while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• >2 years working with related materials and processes.
• Quality orientation and attention to detail.
• Mentoring and training others.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and issues tools, dies, materials, and equipment.
• Reads and understands finishing requirements from routers, drawings, and specifications.
• Cleans, deburrs, and completes cosmetic finishing of machined parts utilizing various tools.
• Works under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks.
• Completes required documents and provides supervisor with accurate daily production data.
• Trains and assists co-workers with finishing methods to achieve desired results.
