Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
• Able to stand, squat, bend, twist for 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment by checking or entering operating parameters on the HMI computer monitor or manually adjusting switches, dials, levers, or knobs
• Manually load ingredients, lids, and/or cups into equipment to support filling production
• Record production, equipment test, and quality assurance data on required forms
• Visually check equipment surfaces after manual, CIP, and COP cleaning to confirm cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
• Contact Quality Assurance after cleaning for ATP swab testing, or complete the test if authorized, and follow QA instructions based on results
• Communicate with team members about work in process, production schedules, production issues, shift pass downs, recipes, cleaning status, and equipment needs
• Attend meetings and training sessions to build and maintain the knowledge and skills needed for the role
• Assist with peer-to-peer training, SOPs, and SSOPs
• Help meet shift goals by planning when to start or stop production and calculating raw materials needed for the shift
