Job summary

The Clorox Company is hiring for a manufacturing equipment operator responsible for safe operation, setup, sanitation, and routine maintenance. You will conduct quality audits, perform line changeovers, and document maintenance records, ensuring cGMP compliance in a night shift.

We seek candidates with 1–3 years of equipment experience, a HS diploma, and strong analytical and communication skills to contribute to a collaborative, safety‑driven team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment (Batch Filling/Bottle Capping/Labeling preferred).
• Demonstrated analytical reasoning and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to speak and write English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Perform changeovers and set up equipment, and assist in maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct quality audits and complete associated paperwork to ensure product quality.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and accurate maintenance records.
• Assist in line changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation of equipment.
• Support in identifying downtime and safety issues with escalation as needed.
• Communicate issues to leadership and participate in improvement teams.
