Job summary

Kerry in Rochester, MN is seeking a Production Supervisor for night shift (4 PM–4 AM) to lead daily fermentation and dry packaging operations. You will supervise teams, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with the Production Manager.

Required are 5+ years in food/beverage manufacturing with leadership experience, a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, and strong IT and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food technology or related field; non-degreed with experience considered.
• 5+ years leading food/beverage manufacturing operations with fermentation or related processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise teams, schedule shifts, and manage staffing and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate process areas including fermentation, drying, and packaging.
• Utilize SAP for material flow and training on systems and PLC interfaces.
• Drive continuous improvement with HACCP, GMP, and 5S initiatives.
