Job summary

ProFarm is seeking a 3rd Shift Operator in Fermentation & Formulation to operate production equipment, follow SOPs, and ensure safe, quality processing in a fast-paced biotech environment.

You will maintain documentation, coordinate with lab staff, and support continuous improvement while complying with safety protocols. Must have forklift certification and at least one year of process/equipment experience in fermentation or biotech.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift truck certification required or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum one year process and equipment experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, fermentation or biotech or related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment per SOPs and supervision instructions.
• Complete required documentation neatly and accurately.
• Ensure proper RM usage by following SOPs and guidelines.
• Adjust equipment and process settings to meet SOP requirements.
• Inspect and maintain equipment for safety and proper processing.
• Inspect product quality and document results at production intervals.
• Perform routine analytical testing to control the process.
• Coordinate with lab technicians to ensure product quality.
• Monitor and report deviations from production standards.
• Communicate with on-site personnel as required.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and familiarity with operation software.
