Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Falkville, Alabama is seeking a Feed Haul Driver to safely transport feed to poultry farms. You will operate and inspect trucks, ensure timely deliveries, and uphold safety, biosecurity, and company policies.

Night shift 5pm–5am, Monday–Friday; benefits begin after 60 days; PTO and 401(k) with company match. Training pays $20/hour; after training, $44.35 per load and $0.4036 per mile are offered.

Qualifications

• 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken form.
• Willingness to follow both written and verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate feed haul trucks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report issues.
• Maintain product quality and truck cleanliness.
• Communicate with farm staff and supervisors regarding conditions.
• Foster teamwork and safe operating practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
