Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Feed Haul Driver in Falkville, AL, to safely and efficiently transport feed to company farms. You will follow schedules, communicate with farm staff, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety and biosecurity standards.

The role requires 12 months of tractor/trailer experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and operation of a manual CMV. Training pays $20/hour; after training, pay is $44.35 per load and $0.4036 per mile.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience in the previous 36 months.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Must be able to operate a manual CMV.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate feed haul trucks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report issues to supervision.
• Maintain product quality and proper documentation during deliveries.
• Communicate clearly with farm staff and maintenance teams about conditions and schedules.
• Keep trucks and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements during all shifts.
• Follow the established housekeeping schedule and support teamwork.
