Job summary

Hawaiian Host Group is seeking a Factory Associate to support our production teams in Hawaii. The role emphasizes sorting, cleaning, equipment sanitization, and assisting operators to maintain smooth operations on the line.

Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and prior factory experience. The position is on-site and requires lifting up to 25 lbs and night-shift availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to follow verbal/written instructions.
• Previous experience in a factory environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort and remove culls, foreign matter, unhusked nuts, etc.
• Assist the Factory Operators upon request.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted.
• Clean and sanitize factory equipment and surrounding areas as directed.
• Perform simple disassembly and reassembly of equipment as needed to perform cleaning duties.
• Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices for food processing.
• Follows all company safety standards and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work night shifts and extended daily hours.
• Regular attendance is required.
