Job summary

Osmundson Mfg. Co. is seeking a General Laborer to perform day-to-day production line duties. You will assist with setups, line runs, paint and pack, warehousing, cleaning, basic quality checks, and general tasks as directed on a fast-paced factory floor.

The position is 6 months, 40 hours per week, 3rd shift from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, on-site. Candidates should be dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of employment experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• On-site work ability.
• Basic English required to understand factory floor demands.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in production processes: setups, line runs, paint and pack, general warehousing, cleaning, basic quality control, operating equipment as required.
• Monitors safety under supervision and keeps the area organized.
• Supports production line leads to communicate important quality matters.
• Maintains confidentiality and proper records for the function.
• Ensures working area is neat, orderly, and hazard-free.
