Job summary

Osmundson Mfg. Co. is seeking a General Laborer to support day-to-day production line duties in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role involves manual labor, assembly tasks, cleaning, and material handling on-site.

The ideal candidate should be dependable and able to work 40 hours per week on a 3rd shift, with safety and cleanliness as a priority. Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of employment experience.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work on-site.
• Ability to understand basic English as necessary to react to factory floor demands.
• Full range of motion including walking, turning, reaching, bending, and gripping.

Responsibilities

• Participates in production processes: setups, line runs, paint and pack, general warehousing, cleaning, basic quality control, operating equipment as required, and assisting other departments as requested.
• Monitors safety under the direction of the Supervisor.
• Supports the Production Line Lead to keep employees informed on quality-related matters.
