Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Reviews service requests for repairs and maintenance, determines nature of problem, and recommends solutions.
- Serves as a resource to others in resolving complex problems.
- Coordinates work with outside contractors.
- Performs repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems.
- Troubleshoots and maintains facility systems.
- Works with safety procedures and may oversee subcontractor activities.
