Job summary

This entry–to–mid level role assists with scheduling work orders, coordinating basic maintenance activities, and supporting safety and compliance programs. You will work closely with technicians and contractors while receiving guidance from senior leadership, and you will monitor building systems, document issues, and help promote site

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or related field.
• Associate degree or technical diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine maintenance activities and minor repairs.
• Monitor HVAC, lighting, and building upkeep.
• Maintain work orders and track preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assist with vendor coordination for small repairs and services.
