Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of related experience.
• Basic computer skills and HVAC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, plans and coordinates facility maintenance activities for repairs to building structure and equipment.
• Establishes preventive maintenance programs for new equipment and existing systems.
• Manages daily custodial activities and spare parts inventory.
• Ensures safety, OSHA compliance and evacuation procedures; participates in cross-functional teams.
• Supports budgeting for operating expenses and capital equipment.
• Performs electrical and mechanical repairs as needed.
