Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as cleaner or janitor preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, work areas, and high-touch surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors according to route.
• Inspect areas for items of value and report found items.
• Report any mechanical or electrical issues to supervisor.
• Move cleaning carts safely and follow designated sequence.
• Vacuum and mop elevator lobbies, hallways, and common areas.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good order.
• Follow all safety and company procedures.
