Job summary

Facilities is seeking a dependable Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy facility. This role covers daily cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, servicing restrooms, and taking out trash and recycling.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and prior cleaning experience; knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus. The position is on site and requires reliability and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience as a cleaner or janitor preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Maintain clean, sanitary restrooms and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling, replace liners, keep receptacles clean.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and high‑touch surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors along assigned routes.
• Inspect areas for items of value and report findings.
• Report mechanical or electrical issues to supervisor.
• Move cleaning carts safely and follow cleaning sequence.
• Vacuum and mop elevator lobbies and hallways as assigned.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good order.
• Follow safety and company procedures.
