Job summary

Target Corp is seeking a Facility Attendant 2 for the night shift at the GSCL Site in Logan Township. The role focuses on delivering safety-focused training, coordinating with engineering and facilities for certifications, and supporting onboarding of new teammates.

You will assist maintenance technicians, repair and calibrate equipment, and help with preventative maintenance across the facility. This position offers hourly pay with benefits and opportunities for schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of distribution or training experience; employee training experience preferred, including utilizing program materials such as training reports, job breakdowns, or playbooks to train new and tenured employees

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, standard training to ensure safety is the number one priority.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Facilities leaders for training of new team members and recertification training.
• Support onboarding and retention of peers and new hires.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and building systems.
