Job summary

Novo Nordisk site in West Lebanon, NH seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot plant equipment including HVAC, boilers, and cleanroom systems. The role requires night-shift coverage with a rotating weekly schedule and compliance with GMP standards.

Prior life sciences facility experience is preferred. Candidates should have basic mechanical knowledge, be able to read drawings, and use hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years minimum experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of building and process automation systems (BMS/PCS) is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand equipment and system drawings; use of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) of plant equipment.
• Respond to and rectify alarm conditions on plant equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair and corrective maintenance (CM) of manufacturing related equipment.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of building and process automation systems (BMS and PCS).
• Interface with engineering and/or manufacturing departments to schedule work in parallel with manufacturing operations.
• Complete assigned PM work orders and Facilities work requests within the CMMS.
• Working in cleanroom areas may require wearing PPE and following GMP processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team; perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with healthcare laws, regulations and Novo Nordisk’s standards.
