Job summary

Novo Nordisk in New Hampshire (West Lebanon) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing process equipment and utilities systems on the night shift. The role covers HVAC, boilers, chillers, electronics, plant steam, and cleanroom areas in a GMP environment.

You will work with a cross-functional team, respond to alarms, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and train junior personnel while adhering to safety and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years minimum experience in equipment operation and maintenance (Facilities related systems preferred).
• Possess basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read equipment drawings.
• Proficient with hand tools and able to work autonomously or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of plant equipment and utilities systems.
• Respond to and rectify alarm conditions on plant equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of building and process automation systems (BMS and PCS).
• Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to schedule work without disrupting operations.
• Train junior personnel and adhere to cleanroom GMP processes.
