Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience with mechanical systems (boilers, AHU, chillers, air compressors)
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry with water for injection preferred
• Experience with Baxter specifications and hardware/software control systems
• Experience with maintenance management systems (e.g., Maximo)

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance project management for mechanical/electrical issues and develop root cause solutions.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Supervisor; be part of the Facilities Leadership Team.
• Provide technical training to mechanics and oversee maintenance project work.
• Hire and manage contract labor for small projects and escalate to superintendents when needed.
• Coordinate system shutdowns with other departments to minimize impact on operations.
• Perform PMs, CMs, and EMS using Maximo.
